What you can expect on this call:

• Detailed questions and inventory about the items you are moving
• Move from and move to address – any specific requirements
• Additional services you may be interested in, such as packing, or plastic bin rental

The moving consultant assigned to your move will dedicate their time to designing the right moving experience for you. They will be familiar with your specific move, which means no bouncing around from agent to agent having to explain your situation every time, and will work closely with you to create a package that meets your needs.

We will lock in your move date, time, and specifications for a $50 deposit. One more thing to check off your list, and one less thing to worry about. By paying your deposit ($50) you agree to be bound by ArtunycMovers Product and Services Terms & Conditions.

If you have chosen to do the packing yourself, we recommend that you start at least a week before the move date. If you have purchased one of our material bundles or plastic bin rentals, we can deliver them at least a week before move time.

You will be contacted by your moving consultant to answer any questions, provide information on lingering paperwork details, and offer support and tips for your moving process.

Your flat rate fee is due one business day prior to your move date. We will be unable to move forward with the moving process if the fees are not paid. As always, the fees are flat-rate and you will not be met with unexpected costs on the day of your move.

We will call or email you to confirm time of move and answer and lingering questions you might have.

It’s time for the big move!

• This is a big day, and we want it to be as stress-free as possible! We will be in contact with you of our arrival and will need you to be present while the movers do their thing at the move out/move in locations (unless you have signed a contact-less delivery and have signed a waiver).
• ArtuNYC Movers will go over inventory checklists at the move out and the move in location to ensure complete arrival of your items.
• At the end of the move, we will clear out all of our moving supplies and trash to make sure you have a beautiful, clean home to settle in to.
• Tips are never expected but greatly appreciated — the industry standard for movers is 15-25% for exceptional service.
• Our Customer Service team will be in contact to ensure your experience was an amazing one, and to make right anything that may not have gone to your expectations.
